B.O.S.S. Academy
B.O.S.S. Academy is a trauma-informed mentorship program that empowers middle and high school students to Break Out of Silencing Situations. Through intentional mentoring, B.O.S.S. Academy helps teenagers build mental health awareness, develop their identity, and strengthen their character through real-life, future-ready skill development.
The outcomes of this work include increased academic engagement, decreased behavior referrals, and stronger overall student character—creating students who are better equipped to show up, connect, and lead within their school communities.
The From Hurting to Healing Mental Health Curriculum
The From Hurting to Healing Mental Health Curriculum is a trauma-informed, 12-week curriculum tiered for grades 6–12, designed to support student mental health, healing, and character development.
The curriculum is strategically structured into three sections of four lessons, focusing on mental health awareness, healing, and character building, and is developmentally aligned to meet the needs of both middle and high school students.
Leading With C.A.R.E. Professional Development
Leading With C.A.R.E. is a teacher professional development that equips educators to lead classrooms with Consistency, Authenticity, Relatability, and Empowerment. Through trauma-informed professional learning, teachers are guided to move beyond surface-level strategies and develop the relational and emotional intelligence needed to effectively support today’s students.
The outcome is stronger classroom culture, improved student engagement, reduced behavior challenges, and educators who are better prepared to Lead With C.A.R.E. while sustaining their instructional impact.
